Week four done!

Well, that's week four done and dusted and I can honestly say it's been easier second time round (I got to week five before having an enforced nine weeks on the injury couch then started at the very start again). Five minutes jogging is a long time though but I did it , even if my face is as bright cerise as my nice new running top is!! So, rest day tomorrow and then week five... Which psychologically I am dreading as its when I tore the calf muscle three months ago now! However will give it a go and see if I can do the dreaded week five run three next weekend!
