W9R3 - The Final Run + Graduation!!!

I am 42 years old, I weigh 16 stone. I just ran 5k in 30:31, I'm very pleased. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone in the forum for your kind comments, advice and support. And also good luck to everyone starting out on the C25K plan. If I can do this, anyone can.
