So I finished week 3 and then stopped running. First a close relative passed away then it was the busy time at work with overtime so no time to do anything but sleep! Next week I'm off to see family in Ireland and when I come back I'll go back to the gym.and start running again
I might have to start week 1 again but I dint mind...long as I don't stop running altogether. My goal is fitness and weightloss not the Olympics. I'm sure I'm not the only one that stops and goes.

Stop and start I have been doing all my life but today I completed the programme and am congratulating myself on finishing rather than the 30 minutes running! This programme can take longer than 9 weeks (it did for me), but who's counting apart from yourself.
Keep going at what ever pace is good for you and enjoy the journey how ever it plays out x
Take the time yo9u need and come back to it. I expect to build up stamina and strength, it is best to persevere with 3 runs a week but it isn't always possible and a fewweeks here and there are not much in the grand scheme of things. Enjoy your time in Ireland as much as you can under the circumstances.
