So, I didn't run for 10 days. I am not sure why not, I know it makes me feel good. Life just got in the way I guess. Sadly I couldn't take Laura with me today as I had misplaced my armband mobile phone pouch thingy, but I know the route pretty well by now. Ran 3k in 28 mins, which I was actually quite pleased with. Maybe having a break was the right thing to do. Anyway, regardless, that goes down as my wk7 d1 run....onwards and upwards!
