The bottom Line of Ladies running......

I know this subject has been discussed several times over the last few years but does anyone have any updated advice to offer as regards the most comfortable knickers to run in? I couldn't go commando as the seams on my running tights would be uncomfortable. I currently wear M&S seam free no VPL shorts type knickers but unless I am 100% sure that they are positioned comfortably before I set off, I am finding they are causing problems, not necessarily while I am running but often afterwards. I don't mind investing my money in knickers designed for running but there still doesn't seem to be too many of those about!

I have some shorts knickers that are so comfy from Amazon for long runs, and shorter faster runs I tend not to bother. I would say don't get anything tight on the waistband or it will chafe.

I know I'm not a lady but I have a couple of pairs of runderwear and they are great.

They also do them for women runderwear.co.uk/#

Thank you - I have just ordered some and will write a comfort report in due course!

Primark - cheap and cheerful 3 pairs for £5, shorts. They are seam free and do not chafe anywhere. They are stretchy and fairly high on the hips so don't shift, and because they are shorts they don't have a VPL (that I can see :D )

I've tried all sorts - cotton Bridget-Jones granny knickers, official 'running' knickers, commando etc and when I do wear them :O then these are the ones.

Sainsburys No VPL knickers -comfortable and stay up, just not very pretty. Always always run in them :)
