My daughter is doing her C25K and I'm running with her for support & motivation. Because she couldn't get the NHS app she's using another C25K app, but her week 5 didn't have a big run as I'd expected! She did w6r1 yesterday which was 2 X 10 running with a 5 minute walk in between. So she's still waiting for her big run π³ And do am I as I wanted to cheer her through it πππ
Talk about confusing
My friend and I started coincidentally doing c25k at the same time, when we worked out we were both doing it we decided to try and run together, but she kept stopping to walk at weird times til we worked out we had different apps! I had no idea there was more than 1! Neither of us wanted to change as I like Laura and she doesn't! So we get each other out once or twice a week, we walk together at the start and end and do our own walk/run thing in the middle section!
I'm glad it's not just me then! She likes her app, so she just tells me when to walk and run.
I'm glad you've got someone to do it with. Hopefully day you'll be running at the same time π
