The really humbling part (for me) is that she ran 400m with a completely wrecked achilles slightly faster than I ran my recent 7K :-).

Re-reading my last two responses, I think I must have woken up with an extra dose of bad 'dad-humour' as my kids like to call it. I think it is safer for everybody with good taste if I lock away my keyboard :-).
