Had planned to do this on the treadmill today but realising the boredom might be too much just headed out instead . Was actually quite relieved when Laura announced what was ahead as I'd got it into my head that the run sections were going to be much much longer. Felt good going into first run even though it involved a bit of a hill - but once again lost Laura at that point( never to return!) so had to fiddle with the stop watch on my phone to get the rest done. Sooooo frustrating - anyone else have trouble with the podcasts? As far the actual run took it really slow and managed ok although listening to my own heavy breathing is pretty disconcerting! Even kept running for another 60 secs at the end of the 3rd run. Bring on run2!

Slow is good so keep doing it! Well done on completing this run but please don't run further than you should at this stage. Stick to the programme. It works for a reason. Running further is the treat in store after graduation!
