W4 R1 plus a mini hill over!

So today was my group run and I must be improving I managed to run up a hill without dying!! Ok it was a slow jog but I still did it!! Feeling really great expecially as was dreading a five minute run. It wasn't the running that was so noticeable this week but the shorter breaks between runs. Was great weather this evening a little drizzle to keep us cool much nicer than running in the heat. Starting to enjoy my runs now

Amazing job...especially on the first run of the week on a hill! Definitely felt the shorter walks today too!
