Two months ago never in a million years would I have thought I'd be able to run 30 minutes non stop in just over half an hour AND be running 5K in that time too. I could barely run for 30 seconds without extremely heavy panting and lead legs. But here I am. This all has done wonders for me and it has been one of the main reasons for my increased interest in fitness, health and also a big big help towards my weight loss. I am thrilled. Is there anything that will now help me get to 10K?

  • Well done on graduating, on the run double app that i use there is a 5 to 10k program which i started this morning and it is a 6 week course to get you to run 10k or for an hour.

    There are plenty of apps and 10K running plans out there. Have a search on google and see what works for you.

  • Congratulations. You can use an app or just lengthen 1 run per week by 10%
