I did it! Slower than a snail in treacle but I did it!! Woohoo!! Happy dance! 10 mile road race from Sowerby Bridge to Todmorden done and done๐Ÿ˜ It took me 2 hrs 32 mins and I came in last but who cares? I DID IT! Cant stop grinning ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

That's fantastic! Well done - you've taken me right back because I come from Halifax so that was home ground for me :) Erm - can I just say that your time doesn't look slow to me at all! That's a massive distance, and although it's along the valley bottom there are still some hills in there - well done!

Thank you all you lovely people๐Ÿ˜Š. From couch bound to a 10 mile run ( walk) in just under 12 months proves this programme works even for overweight unfit 58 year olds. Never run before and now LOVE it. Actually feeling a bit miffed that I can't run today! Who would have thought it? Taking it easy today and back to it tomorrow. Happy running x
