Yesterday I completed w6 and felt so elated about finishing without feeling tired, that when a friend called me I agreed to go on a long walk without a rest. I had forgotten that I had not eaten since before my run and when I got home I was totally exhausted and took all day to recover! I feel great today though and learned that I must look after myself better. I feel pleased with myself for getting this far and am really looking forward to starting w7
