Should we have this pinned (or a correct version of it, if this has errors!)? I have seen questions about how long in total the runs will take etc recently. I found this useful- and a good basis to adapt for further running plans as required to get back off the IC... :)

Haha - I think this is already a pinned post. Agree it's useful to see it in that format. It clearly shows how the running builds.

oh no! Don't let it do that! everyone with a 'graduate' after their name started at the beginning and one way or another made it through- and I know I'm not the only over 50 non sporty overweight person who started with an inbuilt fear of cardio and especially running! Don't let it put you off please- don't worry about the runs a-coming, just concentrate on the one you just managed :) that will build you for the next one. Step by step!

Go to bottom of screen (if on smartphone) or top right (if on computer) and see Pinned Posts. Then 'view 17 more'. Look for pinned post 'Wall chart to download'.

Then try to ignore what is coming next week 😜
