Re hurty legs-thank you

Thank you all for your advice about my hurty legs last Friday I did W2R3 and felt ok it on sat my legs were really sore, not being able to stand upright sore but then as you all said it would ease and by Sunday I was able to move 100 bales of hay. Today I ve done W3R1 and it was ok well I say ok it was all ok until the last minute of the second 3 min run which I had to really talk my self through and manged it and feel ok now so thank you all !

glad your legs recovered, and I also follow the shifting bales of hay and bags of feed fitness plan!
