Week 3 run 2

Not as easy as the first one of week 2 but the first one was mostly on the flat as I wasn't at home for that one. We live on top of a hill and this time I run round a big triangle with a fairly steep down hill section, a more gradual up hill and some flat. The down hill was the trickiest part as you're trying to slow yourself down all the time, I think next time I'll run up the steep bit.
