Wk3 Run 1, Smashed it

Did the first sesh today on WK3 I was a bit apprehensive about running 3 minutes but I found the longer run easier than the shorter runs as I got in to a rhythm I found it better than the stopping and starting. Looking forward to the next one.

Good going, i'm like you i preferred the longer runs rather than keep stopping and starting good luck with the rest of week 3.
