So I went out for my run this morning, and forgot to switch off the audio cues on Runkeeper - so the c25k+ podcast I was using ((Speed) crashed just over half way through the interval section. Since I'd never be able to find the place again, I just ran at my usual pace until I was 5 mins walk from home for the cool down. So overall, I was only a couple of minutes short and added 1.8 miles to #mymarathon total. But other than that, it was a good run, and I'm over 5 miles into the 26.2 miles for the BHF. So bring on Saturday, which is two lots of 20 mins running, with a 3 min recovery walk between - and the first step to running a 10k!
