I have graduated and now find my running is sometimes an easy 30 mins and other times a damned difficult 10 mins.  Today, however, my ipod nano told me I had done a pb for 1 mile.  Eleven and a quarter minutes.  I did run for 30 minutes but miss the challenge of improving like I had on C25K - now I can look at improving my PB.  Go me!

I have the same problem! Some days the run is fantastic, and others I struggle through the whole thing. I'm waiting for the 6 weeks' consolidation to be over and then I'm going to start aiming to run for longer times/distances.

Oh yes, fond memories of the days when just about everything was greeted by Runkeeper with "Yay! Your fastest/longest whatever"
