W7 finished!

What a beautiful morning to go for a run - sun was out, cows and sheep everywhere and as I went early, only two or three cars. The run felt much better than w7/r2 - my niggly foot flared up again so really need to keep an eye on it as I'd hate to have to stop now. During the run, the first 10 mins or so felt tough but once I'd got into a rhythm it felt really good - getting the half way prompt was a nice surprise as I didn't think I was at that point. I've been keeping track of my runs on Strava and my km timing is getting better which I'm really pleased about. Now onto week 8!

It sounds lovely - it was even nice here, apart from the wind.

Week 8 will be a doddle - fingers crossed the foot gets better asap!
