Week 3 run 1 not as scary as I'd feared

Just finished the first run of week 3 on this glorious morning and feel great!! After really suffering the last run of week 2 took the advice of others on here and really took it slow , was petrified of the running for 3 min but managed to keep going ( happily most of the runs coincided with flat/ downhill bits !) yay - thanks everyone for your support 😃😃

That's brilliant - well done! I kept reading 'go slow to go fast' and it really is the only way.

Keep moving - it only gets better :-).
