I completed the ct5k last september 2014 and was running 30mins 3x week then had a year off due to personal circumstances, ive started back last November and could still run 30 mins. Im so happy can do 10k and then 2 x 4 mil runs twicw week. running 3 times. stepping stone pace is bit slow now so stamina podcast will help me get fitter now. Love running now its my life.

I like the stepping stones podcasts. I think they really help get your legs moving. A good stepping stone towards 10k ☺

It is great you found your way back in so easily. Running keeps me (mostly) cheerful. It doesn't just help with fitness, I find it helps overall with well-being.
