I've just downloaded the Samantha B210k training plan and I can't WAIT to get started! Is it really only 5 weeks long tho? I imagined it to be much longer but who cares? I'm gunna be in training for 10k after the weekend!!! (My weekends are for drinking and eating takeaways and the weekdays are spent running and doing other stuff to undo all the weekends antics!) Any tips/ideas/advice from others doing the same or similar plan?
