Onto the next level

I've just downloaded the Samantha B210k training plan and I can't WAIT to get started! Is it really only 5 weeks long tho? I imagined it to be much longer but who cares? I'm gunna be in training for 10k after the weekend!!! (My weekends are for drinking and eating takeaways and the weekdays are spent running and doing other stuff to undo all the weekends antics!) Any tips/ideas/advice from others doing the same or similar plan?

  • Don't want to put a damper on your enthusiasm but an awful lot of people on here have picked up injuries following her B210k programme. Apparently the music is really good, but the runs build up too quickly for a lot of people resulting in injury. If you decide to go for it, then do be careful and listen to your body and take longer rests if you feel you need them
