Just finished w1

Just finished w1.  Knees much better, now I know how to look after them.  Any advice for w2 welcome.  I don' t feel very ready for it, but I do feel a bit fitter.  Ran ?? Up a couple of very small inclines.  Thought I needed to get some practice as everything slopes around here, except the cricket field! 

Just a thought, are patella straps worth using??Anything to protect my knees.

Hi- I know nothing about knees but well done on getting through week 1! Week 2 relies on you going slowly and really paving yourself so that you can get to the end of each run. You'll be fine- just take it steady and don't be afraid to slow down if needs be.
