Week 6 Run 3 managed!

It's been a long journey so far but onwards and upwards to graduation!

Managed the 25 minutes this morning. I've come a long way since running in my bobble hat trying to get to 90 seconds and being so embarrassed when a running event whizzed past me.  The bad days are worth it too. Keep going everyone. Even had a little cry when Laura called me a runner!

Well done i start week 6 tomorrow it really is a great program 4 weeks ago i struggled in the 60 sec runs, i know how you feel about the running event as on 1 of my first runs the local running club kept appearing every time i turned a corner.
