Went back to a previous running route, in which I knew where the 1,2,3,4 and 5 km markers were and reached 4 km in 20 minutes (i.e. much quicker than before) but walked the remaining 1 km. I admit I was aiming for 5 km in 25 minutes, so I think that speed is my current limit for 4 km. I think my first new target is to run 5 km in 25 minutes.
