Week 9 run#3

Went back to a previous running route, in which I knew where the 1,2,3,4 and 5 km markers were and reached 4 km in 20 minutes (i.e. much quicker than before) but walked the remaining 1 km. I admit I was aiming for 5 km in 25 minutes, so I think that speed is my current limit for 4 km. I think my first new target is to run 5 km in 25 minutes.   • Blimey, you're fast! I'm sure you'll make 5 k in 25 mins very soon!

  • I downloaded them earlier and listened to 'stepping stone' which I reckon will be too slow for you. The 'speed' one is only short but others have posted that they enjoy it. It goes up to 165 bpm which will be way beyond my reach for a while yet!
