Seems very strange choosing my own music after Laura, but since graduating on 25th March I am still running 3 x a week (just under 5k averaging 34 mins) and on rest days doing some fitness dancing (in the privacy of my dining room!). Just wondering about weight loss though, as I lost 4lbs since 15/02/16, but no more for the last two and a half weeks 😧. Hence the reason for adding the dancin' thing in between. I do feel trimmer, and strangely enough, all of my watches are all now very loose?? Seem to be losing it off my wrists and nowhere else...quite strange. Any thoughts anyone please?
