Hello lovely people,
I have only posted on here once before, when I planned to start at Week 5. However, I decided that I'd start with W6R3 to see if I could run for 25 minutes without stopping. I have to say I'm very pleased I managed it, and I even managed to finish the route which took a bit longer than 25 mins in the end. It's about 4.4km. My face was horrendously red and I feel exhausted now, but let's hope I'll be able to continue with W7R1 on Tues. I hope you're all doing well.
