I didn't realise anyone else but me felt this self-conscious about their running style. It is such a comfort to know I am not alone!

Me too. I see my shadow on the ground and it doesn't look all that elegant. I suspect it never will but it is slimmer and more important not on the couch :)

Yep I know that one! Evening running is good though as sometimes the angles from car headlights against signs make you look slim and fast :)
