That's week 8 completed. Managed 4.12km in 28 minutes without feeling too tired. Will be interested to see what another 2 minutes will get me to! I've printed off my bar code for parkrun which I intend to do next Saturday along with my husband and daughter. Unfortunately my super fit son has a re-fracture of his 5th metatarsal, otherwise he would also be there. I feel sorry for him as he's a club runner and has been injured almost a year now! Anyway, looking forward to another great week!
