Parkrun 4 New PB

Came close to not going out this morning,home alone as boys off paintballing.

Was nice and warm under the duvet and was cloudy and grey outside but dragged myself out of bed.

Started to drizzle as I left the house so little jog to Wanstead Park.

A new PB today 5k in 31:37.....getting closer to that 5k in 30 minutes.

May go to Olympic Park tomorrow to cheer on the Sports Relief milers.
