My idea this evening after work was to just do a brisk walk on my treadmill to excercise my legs ready for tomorrow's run but once 5 minutes was nearly over I thought sod it....I may as well do it while I'm here! For the first time my legs didn't hurt...hurrah! Ready but nervous for next week!

Well your'e well on your way, have no fear of wk 5 day 3, just do as it says, try not to think about it and you'll sail through. Once conquered a whole new hobby will open up for you.

I am loving my new found love of running and this forum is so helpful. I've never had so much determination before. A few weeks ago I watched my hubby cross the finish line after running a 10k and I just thought 'I want to be the runner and not the spectator!'
