Woo hoo! I went out today expecting to run only 3.5k or so. I reached the 3.5k mark and was still feeling good. Then one of my favorite songs popped up and I kept going. 42 minutes in, I completed my 5k. I love it when I have a bit extra. I know I'm not the fastest, but I'm still happy. Now I'm going to relax.
