Post 5k... Exhausted at 6 minutes

On my high of doing a 5k on Sunday I went out today... I literally managed 8 minutes before I was exhausted,not sure if its the sea air/slightly hilly and being outside of London. But what the eh?

C'est la vie, say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell.

Don't worry about it. That's 8 minutes more than if you'd stayed on the couch. Next time it will probably be quite diffferent. Some days it's great, other days, not so much. Don't give it another thought.
