W4R1 done (again)

So, I did this MOnday last week and then got what I can only describe as a nose cold! Everything else was fine but my nose went into snot-making overdrive. Have the day off from work today (off to the opera this evening) so I thought I'd do a day time run. Yep - me, lycra, public places, sunlight - eek!

I decided to just keep going in a straight(ish) line as it's all on a bit of a downhill gradient. Managed to do it all and be outside a tea shop at the end of my walk. So, nice cuppa tea and this view. I then got the bus home - well, it would have been all uphill and I'm just not that fit
