Maybe I have found my mojo, really quickly, and apart from the sight of my moobs bouncing around, I am starting to look like the part...

My new running shoes also contributed, and my new Garmin-thingy said my pace was sub-30 minutes on my running legs. #Delighted #Hooked #FatDadsWhoRun...

OOh! You've got a Garmin already! And cool shoes! And sub 30 pace? Brilliant!

Well done Sundae.

I know its hard for you to go slow...being a man an' all.... but you will be able to run for longer without getting totally out of breath if you can keep to a slow steady pace. Honestly. :) :)

Good luck with R2. Great shoes too.
