I did it!! I ran 5k!

Just got back from a 5k in London event and I ran 5K!! Even better it was sub 40 in 38 minutes. I literally can't believe 8 weeks ago i had not run for more than a minute.

I may have forgo Laura after week 6, but i just started running for 26-29 minutes a time, but today i completed it even got a shiny medal - the first sporting medal I've ever got
