So completed my first 25-min run this morning. My phone says I did 5.2 km in 40:50!! I don't start the podcast straight away to avoid running over a steep bridge both ways...
At the time, I thought I was going the same speed as last week, or slower. But all my km times are at least 30 seconds faster.
Definitely easier than Run 2, though - even if it was really cold.
Now 2 rest days before starting week 7 on Tuesday. I'm starting to feel like an actual runner now, though I might change my mind after running 25 mins on the treadmill on Tuesday...
