I love seeing my improvement as a new runner to where I am now . First time (2014) I completed it I was struggling to run 5km in 42 minutes, second time (2015) was averaging 37 minutes. I'm now on week 6 and hoping to get closer to 30 minutes (32ish I hope). I think I may be able to get it under 30 by the time I'm 40.
