W1R3

OK so this was the first morning I was actually looking forward to run and felt full of energy. Was it because I knew I was about to complete week one? Unfortunately the treadmill stopped as I got to ten minutes. Lol I think I pressed the emergency stop button. Did the other twenty minutes. Its a good job I wasn't in trouble as noone came running :-0.

Came home and tbh this is the best I've felt all week. Roll on Monday for week 2. :-)

PS I logged my workout on map my run again so after setting the goal of three workouts a week got 100% achievement. It all helps!!!

Good for you! I've just done W1R3 too but not sharing your confidence for W2. Will be curious how you get on. Best of luck!

Cushion I don't know if confidence is the right word. Umm enthusiasm maybe. Not feeling as enthusiastic now!!!
