Just finished the first run of week 4. All went well. The first couple of runs actually went quickly and 3 minutes doesn't seem half as bad as it did this time last week. Had a bit of a battle on the last 5 minute run but I pushed through and managed to finish it.
Just found out there is a parkrun about half a mile away so I've decided to make that my long term goal. Looking forward to getting there
