What a brilliant run I had today, (on treadmill) I was dreaded it after run 3 week 6.
My last run of week 6 for 25 minutes was an absolute nightmare, although I somehow managed to complete it, I don't know how!
Today I slowed my jog down to 4 mph, covered the display screen and lost myself in music, when I checked the time I actually had jogged for 36 minutes nonstop, and my breathing was a lot better (asthmatic).
Slow and steady for me until I graduate, and speed will hopefully come later
