Hi I've never been much of a poster And it's been a while but I've been plodding I with running. I finally (16 weeks after starting!!) graduated in December and since then I've completed 6 park runs and joined a local running club doing a 3 mile slow run every week. I managed a 7km at the weekend on my own (go me!!!) so tonight I'm going to try a 7mile with the running club. Hopefully I'll be able to do it!!
