After being out of running for 18 months or so due to injury then well just pure laziness, I realized I need to kick myself into gear and get back out there. So revisited Laura and the podcasts, and posting/reading on here helped motivate me last time so here I am.
I'm now on week 5 and second run tomorrow. Really looking forward to the 3rd on Saturday, strange as I dreaded it the first time round lol.
I was looking at my Garmin profile to check the routes I used to do in order to try and get back without being caught in that horrible hail we've had down here and while on the net decided to find some new music when lo and behold I found a lovely album on Amazon with quite a few music tracks from the podcasts! Including one of my personal favourites 'Keep fighting'
