week 2 on the trampoline done!

finished week 2 last night (slow due to illness) and i actually ran for longer that the 1 1/2 min, ran for 2 1/2 for at least two of the runs just because I felt like it! so happy about that

I have also made myself raise my knees higher as I read that rebounding or running on a trampoline can burn as much (or more) calories as running on a treadmill or road which gave me a massive boost as I thought that once my physio gave me the go ahead to run without the trampoline I would have to start at week 1

I am really looking forward to week 3 (which is totally unlike me) hopefully by april I will be running a 5k maybe on the ground!
