After 2 weeks off, back to W4R2

After my runner's knee pains which stopped me doing my graduation run, I started back today with Mueller below knee straps and did W4R2. All went well and I am waiting to see if I get any knee problems in the next couple of days. Have done lots of stretches and am about to apply the ice!

Well done .. hopefully you'll be fine. I'll be doing the same thing tmw ie. getting back off the injury couch with a small test run. i'm reeeeeally missing my runs so fingers crossed x

Hope the knee problem is resolved :) might be worth looking at some quad exercises ?

If it doesn't improve sports physio is prob best bet .
