Chichester 10k

Received my race number and timing chip for the Chichester 10k on Feb 7. Is anyone else running in this event? It would be nice to meet and say hello to any C25Kers who are running. Happy running everyone. 😊

Thanks Chris, I'd like to say I was still in nappies in the 70's but I couldn't get away with it. I do remember playing around with CB radios as well, using silly handles as your call name and all that! Oh dear there's me rambling now. 😀 Ha ha

looking forward to meeting up with Paul, Ali & Boz again, they have certainly hit the ground running, super troopers that IOW gang. As for racing snake, that did make me snigger, I'm more a slow worm 🙄. Ha ha xxx

Hope it's not too painful. How's the calfs? Is that foam roller doing the trick yet? slow but sure will do the job, it only really hurts when you hit the trigger point! I also do some heel drops on the stairs once my muscles are warmed up which I find also helps. Take care of them legs 🏃. xxx

Yes Frank, the dentist chair is looming . 9.10 in the morning, which is good because it will leave me the rest of the day to get over it !

Ive been out on my first run tonight in nearly 4 weeks ! Just a very slow 20 minute one , but my calf was okay . Its twinging a bit now so going to get my ice bag on it .

I havent got any stairs I live in a flat , I havent even got a doorstep, so I am watching a stepper on Ebay like a hawk hoping to grab it ! xxx

I'm glad your run went ok, but you don't seem to be having a lot of luck at the moment are you. It can only get better, hope you have no effects with it tomorrow, good luck with the stepper and keep smiling! 😀 xxx
