Wow my sister just started c25k, I directed her to the forums for support.

That means that I have me, all 3 kids and now my sister training, I must be a bit of a trend setter, just the wife left but she hates running, little does she know how much fun it can be, now off for my week 8 day 2, back soon 🙌🙌🙌

I'm on week 3....did first two wks with my son , then this week he sprained his ankle (not through training!) , so I talked hubby into going out tonight with me. Took a bit of persuading but now he's done it, he's happy to go Friday evening too. happy days
