Hi everyone, I've been running since July of last year, and for the last 3 months have been regularly doing my local Parkrun. Today is the first time I arrived and it was cancelled, and I was genuinely upset. This time last year if you had asked me to get up early on a Saturday morning too run 5K I would have gladly refused. Now I'm upset when I can't !!! The couch to 5K programme is really something that totally gets you hooked on running. So for anyone just starting or at any stage, keep going, it will change your life !!!
