Week Two, One Down

Week Two, One Down

Well I did it!!!!

I was terrified of facing a further 30 seconds each run and consoled myself in the fact that it's only six runs compared with eight last week and I can actually hold my breath in excess of 30 seconds so it's not really all that long.

My legs feel like jelly, I almost quit the 3rd, 4th and 5th run early BUT.... I dug deep and did it!!!!

I feel elated xxx
