Some of you may have seen a post I wrote yesterday explaining how I have had 4 weeks off from running due to illness and then christmas...
Just wanted to post an update to say that I managed to run all 30 minutes today the last 10 minutes was a bit hard but nothing too traumatic! I am so so so pleased!
Just two more sessions until I graduate!
